Account Executive
Linux Engineer and ETL
You will be responsible for deploying and supporting a linux-based technology used for remote energy monitoring and for onboarding new customers and their associated datasets. Commercial experience is not a prerequisite. The candidate may also be interested in software development, but this is not required. You will likely be excited by the interplay between hardware and software and the possibilities that can be unlocked in this space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the clean energy industry, be comfortable with customer facing roles and will be a good communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and support remote Linux systems
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot networks
- Leverage Linux command-line interfaces to perform tasks
- Support remote engineers to diagnose problems and verify correct functionalities
- Support remote engineers with remote edge compute installations and troubleshooting
- Data conversion ETL Extract/Transform/Load with CSV files etc
- Develop and use supporting documentation
Qualifications:
- You are passionate about renewable energy
- You have knowledge and experience with Linux, networking, and firewalls
- You enjoy working in teams, but can also problem solve effectively without instruction
- You have strong oral and written communication skills
Ecosuite Software Developer
Do you have a passion for software development? Are you an experienced developer with lots of commercial experience, or maybe you are just beginning and currently developing software for fun? Either way, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We are developing products with an international team working to accelerate the transition to clean distributed renewable energy. We are currently looking to augment our New York and New Zealand based team to expand our in-house software development capabilities (hence we are primarily interested in New Zealand and/or New York / US East Coast based candidates).
We are looking for candidates who love thinking and getting into the details, someone who likes using software development as a tool to express themselves and their passion for problem solving. If you are familiar with and enjoy Agile software development processes and would be excited to be working with a cross functional team producing an amazing and tangibly worthwhile suite of products, then this could be for you.
Within the team we use a wide range of technologies including Linux, Java, NodeJS, Flutter, React plus we embrace a suite of AWS tools such as Lambda, Dynamo DB, Forecast and S3 etc. Our team uses Git and embraces the Dev Ops tools provided by AWS. Being familiar with at least some of these technologies is desired, but we do not expect candidates to be familiar with everything. Here at Ecosuite, learning is an everyday thing, supported by the team and anticipated as part of our Iteration planning. Hence we are willing to bring the right candidates up to speed with the appropriate tools as and when required.
The roles we have are full time, although we do offer flexible working conditions and would consider professional candidates looking to structure a 4 day week or similar.
Product and GTM Analyst
Ecosuite is seeking a motivated Product and GTM analyst to join the team. You may already have commercial experience, or you might be just starting out in your career, either is fine if you bring the right stuff. This role will work collaboratively with leadership driving initiatives to accelerate our sales cycle and improve inbound / outbound communications strategies. Day to day tasks will range from content creation, industry research through to bringing clean slate fresh ideas to the team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of brand, social media, and digital marketing. Responsibilities:
- Support our team to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
- Tasks related to branding, content creation, social media and website development
- Assist in the build out of our CRM platform and our growth stack infrastructure
- Measure progress by tracking key performance metrics
- Manage communication with partners and customers
- Monitor and support customer satisfaction and feedback
- Play a role in our marketing campaigns, positioning, messaging and storytelling
- Provide planning support for virtual and in-person events
