Step 1: Purchase our standard ECN package

Includes all UL508A certified hardware and data connectivity delivered at cost from our manufacturing and cellular plan partners (more info and specs here) along with dedicated Ecosuite remote design and deployment support services. Our job is to make this easy. No more pain-in-the-DAS!

Standard edge compute node package

Step 2: Setup your Ecosuite account

Once your order is processed, you will receive an invite to setup your Ecosuite Org. Here, you and your team will upload all site documentation. (eg. technical plans, equipment data sheets etc.). Whatever you have will do and no long forms to fill out. Our standard ECNs support all types of setups, and we’ll reach out if we have any questions.

Step 3: Receive final design and deployment docs

You can expect your final design within 1 week of setting up your Org and sharing project documentation. Hardware change orders are communicated following technical design review prior to finalization. 

Step 4: There's an ECN at your door!

Lead time from order to arrival is typically 4-6 weeks depending on site specific requirements.

Step 5: Get ready for a smooth install

Access our world class remote technicians with detailed knowledge of your site for a smooth deployment and commissioning process to get up and running fast.  Leverage our ECN Resource Hub and dedicated mobile app to make sure your site teams have everything they need to complete the job. 

Step 6: Welcome to the DAS revolution

You’re up and running. You now have access to Ecosuite’s award winning software tools. Better than those tools you previously had to pay thousands and thousands of dollars for. Not any more.

All of your data is yours. You can access it via web and mobile app, or our OpenAPI and our AI-enabled vibe coding Playground.

We offer ongoing paid support technicians who will help you diagnose your system as well as self-serve interactive documentation and troubleshooting tools powered by AI.
